This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through PhotoLab, operated by QimiaoLab.
We review refund requests for passport and visa photo purchases on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility: If your photo is rejected for a processing-related reason such as incorrect size, background, or positioning, contact us for review.
How to request: Email support@qimiaolab.com with your order details and, when available, the rejection notice or explanation from the relevant authority.
Non-refundable situations: We may not approve refunds for issues unrelated to our processing, including using the wrong document type, submitting an outdated photo, application errors, or requirements that were not selected in the tool.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider.
