No government affiliation: PhotoLab is not affiliated with any government agency, passport office, embassy, or visa authority.

No approval promise: We design our tools to help meet common passport and visa photo requirements, but final acceptance depends on the relevant authority.

User responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing the final photo and ensuring it meets the requirements of your specific application, country, and document type.

Uploaded content: You must have the right to upload and use any photo submitted through the service.

Payments and downloads: Paid purchases provide access to downloadable digital photo files and/or print sheet files as described at checkout.

Refunds: Refund requests may be reviewed if a photo is rejected for processing-related reasons. We may request supporting documentation such as a rejection notice.
